Attorney Horner graduated from Dickinson
College and earned both a Masters in Business Administration and a Law
degree from Temple University.
Attorney Horner has over 30 years
of experience in labor and employment law. In addition, he has the perspective
and negotiating skills that often enable him to achieve his client's
goals and avoid litigation. However, if a lawsuit is required, Attorney
Horner is ready to vigorously pursue his client's interests in state
or federal court. Awarded the highest possible evaluation rating ("AV")
in the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. His professional affiliations
